Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano (ADA), recently shared his thoughts on the best network for AI-powered applications on the industry’s most powerful decentralized platform. Hoskinson suggested that Elgorand could become a cooperative chain and push the Minotaur consensus algorithm to its full potential. Launched in November 2022 by the Cardano team, Minotaur is a resource-based consensus algorithm that combines proof-of-work and proof-of-stake. This algorithm runs over specific time periods and records active computing power to ensure a fair exchange between the two resources, supplies and labor.
