On a weekly time frame, Bitcoin should increase the number of pins it creates and can then move on its own to accumulate orders until it reaches the cap and higher targets. Always remember that it is not you or me who are moving the chart, but there are large institutions that are moving the chart and at these prices it is not very profitable for them to move the market.
