Binance, the world’s largest digital currency exchange, plans to hire 1,000 employees by the end of 2024, and 20% of these new hires will be in compliance-related roles. Binance CEO Richard Teng revealed that the company’s annual regulatory compliance costs exceed $200 million. Binance plans to increase its compliance headcount by 500 to 700 people.
