Binance CEO Richard Teng has dismissed claims of mass asset seizures from Palestinian users. He revealed that the digital currency exchange only blocked a limited number of accounts in the region, at the request of the Israeli Defense Forces and under certain circumstances. Teng stressed that only a limited number of user accounts associated with illicit funds were banned from trading. Meanwhile, Noones CEO Ray Youssef claimed that Binance had seized all Palestinian funds. Youssef presented evidence, including a letter in Hebrew allegedly issued by Israel’s National Terrorist Financing Bureau.
